9-Patch Match is Now Available

My newest game is 9-Patch Match. It is a quilt themed card game and is available on thegamecrafter.com. I entered it in the Lunchtime Game Challenge. I am pleased with the way it turned out.

Each player has nine cards with which to create a quilt block that matches one of the quilt blocks on the sample cards. This happens by drawing and discarding when it is their turn.

There is a puzzle aspect to the game and that adds to the fun. There are also fabric scrap cards that are sometimes drawn and they do not work as part of the quilt block. These must be discarded and can delay the completion of the block.

I think this is a good option for a Lunchtime Game Challenge entry because it can be played with as few as 2 players. It also changes with each game so it does not become monotonous. The puzzle aspect makes it fun and challenging.
