I Haven't Got A Clue

I have spent the last couple of days designing a new game. It's called Crosswords & Clues. One player creates a word using letter cards and the rest of the players create a clue. The player that created the word, selects their favorite clue and scoring begins! I had originally planned to use custom created dice for this game, but the cost was prohibitive. I adjusted my design to cards.

I have been listening to some podcasts by The Game Crafter and I used some of their suggestions for this game. One suggestion was that you put the name of the game on all sides of the box. This is important because you do not know how the game will be displayed on a shelf, either in someones game library or in a store.

I called this post, "I Haven't Got A Clue", because one feature that I added to this game was a deck of cards that includes suggestions for clues. My intention was to provide inspiration to someone who may be struggling for ideas.

As usual, this game will be available on TheGameCrafter.com after I get my copy, proof it, and create some action shots.
