I found The Game Crafter by doing a google search for printing the trivia card game that I had designed for my parents. The search led me to lots of YouTube videos about The Game Crafter. (I have since learned that The Game Crafter offers crafter points for making these videos. Cool marketing technique!)
Once I got to The Game Crafter website I explored the videos, features, and products.
I learned about Component Studio through these videos. This is a tool available on their site. I paid a minimal monthly fee for a few months to use this tool. I eventually canceled my subscription.
I make my games using the size specifications on The Game Crafter. I use Adobe Photoshop Element as my software. I save my work in the .png format. Then I upload to The Game Crafter. I repeat this process for all parts of my games. Then I follow the prompts and make my games.
The Game Crafter is user friendly. They also have chat rooms and support if you can't figure out how to do something.
